Thanks to Allah that this course comes to an end. but it does not stop here as this was just basics of Arabic grammar and whatever is needed to get started to understand Quran and basic vocabulary. It requires continuous effort of reading Arabic resources to master in the language.  With this i would like to thank Allah (swt) for making this happen.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ

I hope you can translate and understand the above. If you have read the course correctly.

Tips for arabic learning from here.

  1. Please go back and read sections which are marked

  1. The best thing to practise arabic is through Quran.  Do all the exercises from book “Arabic through quran”

  1. Read these books:
  • “mastering arabic second edition”
  • “Arabic for dummies”
  • “Arabic made easy”
  • “80% quran word list.
  • “Arabic through quran”
  • “Madina Arabic books”

  1. Keep practicing the quran word list from this site. http://80percentwords.com/
  2. Also you have lot of Arabic -> english examples test from http://arabictest.herokuapp.com/

  1. Good arabic story collections at

  1. Very good arabic collections from madinah university.

  1. Lastly. We are learning arabic to memorise quran !! right !.  It will be monotonous if we keep reciting same surah all the times.   There are many pearls in Quran which you can memorise it and recite in prayers. This will give life to your prayers. Indeed.      Whenever you read quran and you come across an ayah which you feel Wow at that time. Add it into your list of favorites  and memorise it.  Recite items in the list in prayers in round robin even if the Ayah is single.  For starting here are some of my collections for you to start. Insha-allah you will like them.
